Navigator is a guided Q&A that helps you explore your interests, strengths, values, and work style — then suggests 8–12 realistic career ideas tailored to your answers.
It's designed to feel like a conversation with someone who cares about *your* fit, not a generic quiz. No wrong answers. Plenty of room for "not sure yet."
23 thoughtful questions covering interests, strengths, values, work style, skills, and lifestyle.
Personalized results grouped into "Strong fits," "Worth exploring," and "Wildcard" ideas.
Concrete next steps to explore 2–3 paths in the next month.
15–20 minutes to complete. Works in Claude or ChatGPT.
Why this exists
Navigator comes out of years spent doing this work in person, one conversation at a time — helping young adults think through what's next, without pretending there's a single right answer.
That's included coaching apprentices at Apprentice University, mentoring students at Taylor University, guiding participants in the Bitwise Fellows program, and working with families through a local homeschool co-op — plus countless one-off conversations along the way.
Navigator is a way to share that same guided approach with anyone who wants it, without needing to be in the same room.
